Minutes for Extra Meeting 
4.30pm Saturday 3rd June 2017

Present: 
Bruce Santer, Chris Coombes, Keith Rutter, John Edwards, John Green, Keith Beilby, Lawrence Reeves, Lyn Santer, Nigel Etheridge, Mark Green, Phil Lee, and  Robert Holmes.

Apologies to who were not advised:

SUBJECT:-  Club Shirts
BS. Advised change of supplier to Game Set and Match, Quarry Lane, Chichester - a polyester shirt.
PL. suggested as we are opting to change the shirt type as the others are too hot for summer can we consider a change of colour as well.
After lengthy discussions it was decided to change to Royal Blue.  
Action:-  BS  - liaising with Game Set and Match and will circulate details when complete. Hopefully in time for Dorset.
